Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

  • All concerts in the Series use Open Seating (not reserved) therefore the earlier you arrive - the better for you and us.

  • Yes - there is plenty of Free Parking (around the Theatre complex and underground)

  • Many Series concerts are SOLD OUT - so do get your tickets early on Eventbrite so you are not disappointed.

  • Once your tickets are purchased, you will be added to our Guest List. No physical tickets are required to be picked up or presented at the door HOWEVER EVERYONE must check-in upon arrival - no exceptions..

  • IF not sold out - tickets are available for purchase at the DOOR from 6:30pm onward on the evening of the event - but note - Tickets at the Door are $40.00 - online tickets cost LESS.

  • Yes - there are a couple Wheelchair spots in Inlet Theatre. Best to pre-advise if you need one so we can plan ahead. Call Nan at 604-352-6896. 

  • Do we have a Scent Free policy? Definitely... for the comfort of those people with sensitivities/allergies - we request that all attendees do not use perfumes or colognes when attending our concerts.

  • Evening Series Concert timing: 

    • Check-in opens at 6:30 pm

    • Theatre Doors open at 7:00 pm

    • Concert starts at 7:30 pm

    • Intermission at 8:20 pm (20 mins)

    • 2nd set starts at 8:40 pm

    • Concert ends at 9:30 pm

  • There are CD's and other Merch available by the Musicians during intermission and after the show - bring your wallet!
